Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

- Unloading of the equipment and materials, equipment transfer into the installation area.
- Installation of cable products of АC and RMS in SFPF building premises.
- Modification of the bridge crane SFP-CR-07 and gantry crane SFP-CR-08 in the room p. 305 — electrical works.
- Modification of the bridge crane SFP-CR-11 in the room 501/603 — replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
- Modification of the bridge crane SFP-CR-01 in prem. 119 — replacement of the electrical components.
- Electrical and installation work on modification of the protective hatch in the prem. IS102C6 of SFPF building.
- Installation of main process equipment:
     * Installation of the docking device TK-8.
     * Installation of the SFP-TT-210 table in prem. 501 (the welding of the table lining is completed), geodetic acceptance of the installed elements.
     * Installation of power and control cables of BNG equipment.
     * Rerouting and installation of air ducts and fire retardant valves for rev. 12 ventilation in SFPF building.
     * Assembling of stainless ducts in the joints and air ducts installation in prem. 606, 606A.
     * Installation of cable routes in premise 405 for air-supply ventilation in automation system.
- Works in gas-aerosol control systems in RMS.
- Work on installation openings closure in the prem. 705 — roof arrangement.

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Completion of the staircase C3-1 installation.
- Fiber optic cable soldering, connection of PPS system sensors.
- Installation of PPS lightning protectors.
- Compilation of executive and hand-over documentation for the corresponding stages delivery according to the Contract.
- Development of testing programs for technological units and systems.
- Theoretical training for the Employer’s personnel.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 305 persons were engaged in the works. 4 units of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.

- Cable routing.
- Bridge cranes SFP-CR-07, SFP-CR-1, SFP-CR-01 and gantry crane SFP-CR-08 modification — replacement of mechanical and electrical components.
- Installation of main process equipment:
     * Installation of crane beams in prem. IS102C9; Crane supports  in prem. 403.
     * Work has started to modify the protective hatch in the room IS102C6.
     * Installation of power and control cables of BNG equipment.
     * Re-routing and installation of air ducts and fire retardant valves for ventilation.
     * Assembly of stainless air ducts and installation of air ducts in a hot cell — in prem. 501 and in prem. 606, 606A.
     * Installation of cable routes in rooms 405, 606/606А, 704 for air-supply ventilation equipment through the automation system.
- Gas-aerosol control systems for RMS system.
- Work on installation openings closing.
- Work on  new laboratory premise 211 arrangemen.
- Installation of duplicating manipulators SFP-TM-221/222 in prem. 305 / 303A and SFP-TM-227/228 in prem. 501/506 was completed, electrical works are started.
- Installation of equipment and cable lines of the fire alarm and evacuation control system has been completed - except for the installation openings, supporting ring (segments) of TK-8 docking device cup, bottom perforators in prem. 305, seismic locks on security doors, rack bars of existing transport containers trolleys SFP-TD-05 / SFP-TD-06 (room 114), installation of alarm lighting system BNG.

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connection of video cameras, soldering of fiber optic cable, assembly of Physical Protection System elements.
- Repaired hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumps are installed, adjustment works are underway
- Completing of the executive and handover documentation to delivery the relevant stages under the Contract.
- Development of tests programs for technological components and systems, customer's personnel training programs.
- Pre-commissioning on a sliding holder, cutting device and double lid system.
- Individual testing of the equipment - primary tests of SFP-CR-06 SFP-CR-04, SWP-CR-01 cranes is completed.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 288 persons were engaged in the works. 3 units of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.

     * Completion of installation of the existing protective door SWP-SD-01, existing trolleys for the transport container.
- Installation of power and control cables, equipment of the power supply panels for BNG lighting system.
- Installation of ducts, cabling, connection of control boxes for fireproof ventilation valves, pipelines.
- Installation of LRW docking stations - in prem. 107 and under control tanks canopy.
- Works on gas-aerosol monitoring systems within RMS, equipment and cable lines of fire alarm system and evacuation control, mounting of installation openings.
- Arrangement of a new laboratory premise 211, arrangement of a new premise 409 - reinforcement of the walls.
- Finishing of floor coatings

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connection of video cameras, soldering of fiber optic cable, assembly of Physical Protection System elements.

     * Installation of the master-slave manipulator SFP-TM-227 in the room 501/506.
     * Dismantling and replacement of the high pressure hoses of hydraulic system and driving mechanism of the canister handling and transportation system
     * Installation of power and control cables of BNG equipment.
- Installation of ducts, cabling, connection of fireproof ventilation valve control system boxes — installation of fire fighting system pipelines.
- Works on RMS gas-aerosol monitoring systems.
- Installation of the equipment and cable lines of the fire alarm and evacuation control system.
- Closing of the installation openings in the room 605 — complete arrangement of covering plate  MS-5-2 at the level +20.800 is completed.
- Arrangement of new laboratory in the premise 201.

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connection of video cameras, optical cable soldering, assembly of physical protection systems elements.
- Completing of as-built documents and deliverables for handing-over the relevant stages in accordance with the Contract.
- Development of testing programs for process units and systems and training programs for the Client’s personnel.

- Installation of equipment and cable lines of the fire alarm and evacuation control system.

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connecting video cameras and soldering of optic cable from ZVSB to Control Panel 1 at the checkpoint.
- Completing of as-built documents and deliverables for handing-over the relevant stages in accordance with the Contract.
- Development of testing programs for process units and systems and training programs for the Client’s personnel.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner.
