Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

- Development of work execution plans (flow sheets) for installation of equipment and systems.
- Unloading of equipment and materials, supply of equipment to the installation area.
- Switching of the system of process control and technological management box.
- Mounting of cable routing structures for PPS, AMS and RMS
- Cable routing.
- Installation of main process equipment:
     * Completion of work on upgrading of the security doors SFP-SD-08 in the room 403 / IS 102 C6, filling with lead shot.
     * Modification of the bridge crane in the room 305 SFP-CR-07 - dismantling of mechanical and electrical components.
     * Modification of the bridge crane in the room 501/603 SFP-CR-11- dismantling of mechanical and electrical components.
     * Installation of the crane construction for maintenance with loading capacity 5t MIS-CR-240 in the room IS102C9.
     * Installation of the master-slave manipulator SFP-TM-227 in the room 501/506.
     * Dismantling and replacement of the high pressure hoses of hydraulic system and driving mechanism of the canister handling and transportation system
     * Installation of power and control cables of BNG equipment.
- Installation of ducts, cabling, connection of fireproof ventilation valve control system boxes — installation of fire fighting system pipelines.
- Works on RMS gas-aerosol monitoring systems.
- Installation of the equipment and cable lines of the fire alarm and evacuation control system.
- Closing of the installation openings in the room 605 — complete arrangement of covering plate  MS-5-2 at the level +20.800 is completed.
- Arrangement of new laboratory in the premise 201.

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connection of video cameras, optical cable soldering, assembly of physical protection systems elements.
- Completing of as-built documents and deliverables for handing-over the relevant stages in accordance with the Contract.
- Development of testing programs for process units and systems and training programs for the Client’s personnel.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 183 persons were engaged in the works. 3 units of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.
