Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery to the site and completing the basic structures of Western part of the Arch;
- Installation of girt strip for sheeting (Western part of the Arch)
- Installation of metal constructions of the northern section of the main cranes system;
- Preparatory works for second lifting of the Western part of the Arch;
- Pre-assembling of the cladding panels;
- Installation of external and internal cladding (western and eastern parts of the Arch);
- Installation of bearers for cladding (Western part of the Arch);
- Delivery and assembling of galvanized air ducts, preparation for installation and installation of air ducts and supporting structures within the annular space of the Arch western part;
- Arrangement of service zone foundations (southern belt foundation grill reinforcement and concreting);
- Arrangement of the technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building - installation of the foundation slab reinforcement (concreting of the second block of the foundation plate is performed on 27.06.2014 (900 m3 of concrete is laid ));
* Fire fighting pump station building - soil grouting (close to completion);
* Access gateway for fire brigades - soil grouting (close to completion).
Assembling of the Arch West part (before 2st jecking):
Metal structures assembled in total – 7,365.721 tons.
Foundations in the Arch service area:
Design volume of concrete – 11,795.73 m3, placed – 9,148.2 m3 (77.55%);
Design amount of rebars - 2,447.009 tons, rebar fabrication – 2,315.266 tons (94.61%).
