Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):
- Installation of a platform for servicing the gate mechanisms MIS-LD-04 and MIS-LD-01.
- Works on insulation of pipelines and heaters.
- Stamped of IAEA equipment. Mounting locks.
The following activities were also performed at the facility:
- Drilling holes and threading in CSM doors.
- The work on the crane SWP-CR-04 was resumed.
- The video camera bracket is remounted.
- Regular works on the construction site arrangement.
- Completing of executive & acceptance documentation according to the Contract.
- Development of test programs for technological units and systems.
- Development of a training program for Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant personnel.
- Commissioning on main technological equipment and auxiliary.
- Individual (Autonomous) tests of PCMS DWC Handling System, FT Handling System, SRW Management System.
- Individual tests of the Cutting Machine SFA SFP-CS-205.
- Individual Test of Canister Handling and Transport System CHT TD 02.
- Individual tests of the security door SWP-SD-01.
- Finished Individual testing trolley TD-05 in room 119.
- Functional tests of the crane SFP-CR-08 in room. 305.
- Finished 3 items of hoists.
- Testing of the control systems of nitrogen supply systems, argon supply, helium supply.
- Elimination of comments after Individual Test.
- Trial operation of PPS continues.
The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 138 persons were engaged in the works. 1 unit of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.
