Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):
- Preparatory works on installation of structures the IAEA cabinet in 107с.
- The cable was replaced and the connection was disconnected from the transport trolley in p. 119.
- Installation of a platform for servicing the gate mechanisms MIS-LD-04 and MIS-LD-01.
- The water heaters are piped according to the issued changes in the working documentation.
- Works on insulation of pipelines and heaters.
- Installation of IAEA equipment in p. 307B, 109B, 109A, 603.
- Mounting of visors over RMS devices.
The following activities were also performed at the facility:
- Drilling holes and threading in CSM doors.
- Regular works on the construction site arrangement.
- Completing of executive & acceptance documentation according to the Contract.
- Development of test programs for technological units and systems.
- Development of a training program for Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant personnel.
- Commissioning on main technological equipment and auxiliary.
- Finished Individual tests of the ventilation and air conditioning system of the Gate House.
- Functional tests of crane SFP-CR-01 room. 119.
- Individual (Autonomous) tests of PCMS DWC Handling System, FT Handling System, SRW Management System.
- Individual tests of the security door SWP-SD-01.
- Finished Individual tests of autonomous power supply system.
- Finished Integrated testing of the Sewerage and Sewage Systems (Removing Remarks).
- Finished Individual tests of the working and emergency lighting systems of the SFPF.
- Finished Individual tests of the Removable Platforms SFP-PL-01.
- Individual tests of the Cutting Machine SFA SFP-CS-205.
- Individual testing Systems for manipulating and transporting a pencil case (CHTS) CHT-TD-02 (room 119).
The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 141 persons were engaged in the works. 1 unit of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.
