Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):
- Unloading of the equipment and materials, equipment transfer into the installation area.
- Laying of cables of Radiation Control System system’s at rooms of the SFPF.
- Work on the modification of the bridge crane SFP-CR-01 in the room 119 — continue replacement of electrical parts.
- Continue replacement of electrical parts of Crane SFP-CR-220.
- Concreting of the protective hatch in room IS102C6 building.
- Works on installation of crane CR-220 in the prem. 504 of SFPF building.
- Completed restoring the cladding around the docking device to room 501.
- Installation of main process equipment:
* Installation of bottom frame of the caisson 107c.
* Installation of the main technological equipment — continue work on the electrical part of tableSFP-TT-210 in room 501.
* Completed sealing of protective windows SFP-SW-03 room 111A / 307A and SWP-SW-02 room IS102C6 / IS102C5.
* Completed reinstallation of the mechanism for opening the cover of the container CR-205.
* Completed welding of plates of Drum Measurement Station SWP-GD-201.
* Installation of equipment FGD in the room 505 A.
* Installation of pipelines FGD in the rooms 505 A and 505 B.
* Continued assembly of tanks.
* Installation of power distributing nets and electric equipment BNG.
- Works on gas-aerosol control of RMS system in the SFPF building.
- Work on installation openings closure in the prem. 705 — completed roofing installation.
- Work on installation openings closure in the prem. S102c9 — construction of parapet.
- Work on installation openings closure in the prem. 603 — work by building walls.
The following activities were also performed at the facility:
- Restoration of the facade from the staircase C 3-1.
- Installation of lightning conductors of PPS.
- Construction of an armory room in the Gate House.
- Installation of embedded parts for Borescope.
- Completing of executive & acceptance documentation for the handover of relevant stages according to the Contract.
- The development of test programs of technological components and systems.
- Preparation of Employer’s personnel training programmers.
- Theoretical training of Employer’s personnel.
- Commissioning of the machine cutting, Radiation Control System.
The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 273 persons were engaged in the works. 4 units of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.
