Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

- Mounting of cable routing structures within the SFPF building premises.
- Cable routing within the SFPF building premises.
- Installation of SFPF building lighting system.
- Installation of self-leveling floors in the SFPF premises.
- Installation of pipelines for LRW active drain system.
- Installation of pipelines for nitrogen supply system.
- Installation of pipelines for argon supply system.
- Installation of pipelines for helium supply system.
- Installation of main process equipment:
     * Installation of lifting device system for ТП SFP-TD-211 was completed, the equipment is ready for individual tests.
     * Installation of air-tight door SFP SD 240 (prem. 501/503) was completed.
     * Installation of Caisson 501A MIS-CE-213 upper part.
     * Installation of transport trolley rails SWP-TD-222 into the design position (prem. IS102C6 / 403).
Installation of cold supply control system units – prem. 405 (connection to system CAVS-S-1).
Installation of internal protective grounding of SFPF building.
Installation of radiation monitoring system – drilling of holes for installation of devices, mounting of cable routing and earthquake-resistant supporting brackets for equipment.

Concrete storage modules (CSM):

- Installation of embedded items for the CSM temperature control was completed.
- Drilling of holes for boroscopes at the CSM modules (drilled 220 out of 464 holes).

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Laying of optic cable along the PPS perimeter.
- Construction of foundations for PPS video cameras supports.
- Concreting of joining along guard duty paths.
-  Development of work execution plans (process charts) for installation of equipment and systems.
- Packing up a set of as-built documents and deliverables to deliver the relevant phases in accordance with the Contract.
- Development of testing programs for process units and systems.
- Tests of process units and systems – hydraulic tests of chemically demineralized water system.
- Development of training programs for the Client’s personnel.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 193 persons were engaged in the works. 4 units of earth-moving machinery, lorry and lifting machines were used for implementing the tasks at the site.
