Technological building (TB) — works relating to polishing, pre-coating, coating and painting of walls and ceilings inside the building, installation of doors, installation of dividing walls from gas blocks, roof sealing. Installation of supports, pipelines, re-bars, internal utilities, systems, metal structures. Installation of the building face. Progress (construction part) — 98.7%;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) — installation of fire alarm system, and lighting system within the EEB premises. Installation of supports, pipelines, re-bars, internal utilities, systems, steel structures. Installation of framed steel structures for the face heat insulation and lining;
* Fire Subdivisions Access Lock (FSAL) — polishing, priming, coating and painting of walls and ceilings inside the building;
* Fire water pumping station (FPS) — heat insulation and lining of the face.

- Arrangement of internal and external space of the NSC:

* Outdoor cable routes;
* Outdoor and underground utility systems;
* Storm water catching basins;
