Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Supply of metal structures to the site;
- Installation of protective shielding of North Garage;
- Installation of special doors of the Arch;
- Installation of automatic jacks of tilting panels TP-5.1, TP-5.2, TP-6;
- Mounting of cable tracks of control instrumentation of north and south ventilation centers;
- Pre-assembling of monorail crane structures in South Ventilation Center;
- Installation of internal and external casing girders;
- Mounting of external and internal casing;
- Ventilation system (preparing the air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts, installation of supports and scaffolding, preparing the North Ventilation Center (NVC) for installation of ventilation equipment).
- Main Cranes System (MCS) installation:
* Adjusting the crane beams;
* Cutting and installation of rails are being performed.
- 25t crane for MCS Maintenance garage:
* Preparatory activities for crane erection;
* Final adjustment of crane beams and mounting of rails.
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Terms of Reference (ToR) – installation of reinforcing cages and wall formworks, roof sealing, pre-coating, coating of walls and ceilings;
* Building of electrical devices – installation of cable supports and trays, cable grooming, roof sealing;
* Access gateway for fire brigades – roof sealing;
* Fire pump station (FPS) – installation of foundation formworks for north and south storage tanks; activities on repair and preparation for coating and painting of internal wall surfaces of FPS building;
* Site of diesel power plant for power supply – laying the electrical cables and connecting diesel generators.
- Arrangement of internal and external space of the NSC:
* Outdoor cable routes;
* Outdoor and underground utility systems;
* Storm water catching basins;
* Construction of roads in Local zone.
Erection of Arch western part steelwork:
