Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery of steelwork to the site;
- Installation of special doors of the Arch;
- Adjustment of automated jacks of tilting panels TP-5.1, TP-5.2, TP-6;
- Installation of tilting panels sealing membrane;
- Installation of cable routes for control and instrumentation of Northern and Southern Ventilation Centres;
- Installation of Northern garage protective shielding;
- Installation of external and internal cladding. Overall progress – 96%;
- Ventilation system (preparation of air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts, supports and scaffolding, preparation of NVC for vent systems installation. Progress – 88%
- Main Cranes System (MCS) installation:
* Final leveling of crane-runway girders;
* Cutting and installation of tracks.
- 25t crane for MCS Maintenance garage:
* Reassembly of crane;
* Final leveling of crane-runway girders and installation of tracks (works completed).
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building (TEC) – installation of reinforcement cages and formwork of walls, and heat insulation of roof. Overall progress (construction part) – 93%;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) – installation of cable supports and cable trays, cable layout, heat insulation of roof. Progress (construction part) – 100%;
* Fire Subdivision Access Lock (FSAL) – finishing of the building and heat insulation of roof;
* Firewater pumping station (FWR) – construction works completed. Finishing of the building and heat insulation of roof.
- Arrangement of internal and external space of the NSC:
* Outdoor cable routes;
* Outdoor and underground utility systems;
* Storm water catching basins;
* Construction of roads in Local zone.
Erection of Arch western part steelwork:
Erected in total – 15,906.47 t
Erection of Arch eastern part steelwork:
Erected in total – 14,265.62 t
