Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery of steelwork to the site;
- Installation of special doors of the Arch;
- Adjustment of automated jacks of tilting panels TP-5.1, TP-5.2, TP-6;
- Installation of cable routes for control and instrumentation of Northern and Southern Ventilation Centres;
- Installation of monorail crane in Southern Ventilation Centre;
- Installation of Northern garage protective shielding;
- Installation of purlins of internal cladding;
- Installation of external and internal cladding. Overall progress – 96.21%;
- Ventilation system (preparation of air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts, supports and scaffolding, preparation of NVC for vent systems installation. Progress – 86%
- Main Cranes System (MCS) installation:
* Final leveling of crane-runway girders;
* Cutting and installation of tracks.
- 25t crane for MCS Maintenance garage:
* Preparatory works for crane installation;
* Final leveling of crane-runway girders and installation of tracks.
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building (TEC) – installation of reinforcing cages and formwork of walls, heat insulation of roof, primer coating and puttying of walls and ceilings. Overall progress (construction part) – 93%;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) – installation of cable supports, cable trays, cable layout, heat insulation of roof. Progress (construction part) – 100%;
* Fire Subdivision Access Lock (FSAL) – heat insulation of roof. Progress (construction part) – 100%;
* Firewater pumping station (FWR) – installation of formwork of northern and southern tanks. Works on repair and preparation of inner surfaces of FWR building walls for puttying and painting are being carried out. Progress (construction part) – 99%;
* Diesel power plant area – laying of electrical cables, connection of diesel-generators.
- Arrangement of internal and external space of the NSC:
* Outdoor cable routes;
* Outdoor and underground utility systems;
* Storm water catching basins;
* Construction of roads in Local zone.
Erection of Arch western part steelwork:
