Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery of structural steelwork to the site;
- Installation of Northern garage floor grating (tertiary structures);
- Installation of special doors of the Arch;
- Pre-assembly of modules, and elevator shaft construction;
- Installation of TP-5.1, TP-5.2, TP-6 tilting panels automatic jacks;
- Installation of the sealing membrane flashing anchor on TP-5.2 tilting panel;
- Installation of purlins of internal and external cladding;
- Installation of external and internal cladding. Overall progress is 89%;
- Ventilation system (preparation of air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts, supports, and scaffolding, preparation of NVC for vent systems installation and connection with air ducts). Overall progress is 83%.
- Main Crane System (MCS) installation:
* Dismantling of bridge jacking equipment was completed;
* Leveling (alignment) of crane-runway girders;
* Cutting of tracks, drilling of holes, and installation of tracks;
* Laying of wireways for MCS power supply.
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building (TEC) – walling, roofing (reinforcement, formwork, and concreting), and heat insulation of roof. Overall progress (construction) – 85%;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) – installation of cable supports and cable trays, cable layout and installation of terminations in sections and transformer chambers, installation of doors, heat insulation of roof. Overall progress (construction) – 93.5%;
* Fire Subdivision Access Lock (FSAL) – heat insulation of roof, installation of scaffolding, and formwork. Overall progress (construction) – 88%;
* Firewater pumping station (FWR) – installation of scaffolding, formwork, and reinforcement – roof slab, roof heat insulation. Overall progress (construction) – 62%;
* Central control room – walling and roofing (reinforcement, formwork, concreting).
- Arrangement of external and internal space of the NSC:
* Outdoor cable routes (cable laying);
* Outdoor, underground utility systems (water supply, power supply, sewage);
* Storm water catching basin;
* Arch end walls;
* Pot-bearing gallery walls.
Erection of Arch western part structural steelwork:
Erected in total – 15,570.6 tons
Erection of Arch eastern part structural steelwork:
Erected in total – 14,181.04 tons
