Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
-Pre-assembly and installation of West End Wall gangways;
-Installation of cable conduits bearers;
-Erection of structural steel of North Ventilation Centre;
-Installation of doors in the access ways;
-Installation of automatic jacks of TP-2 tilting panel;
-Completing and erection of cladding purlins;
-Pre-assembly and erection of steel decking packages for cladding, as well as laying of heat insulating material, installation of EPDM membrane and Kalzip panels;
-Assembly of scaffolding and preparation of air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts of the Arch ventilation system;
-Installation of cable conduits for MCS power supply;
-Installation of the Main Cranes System (07.12.2015 the procedure of transferring the load from the lifting system to the crane beams was completed, moving of the West bridge to the parking position is scheduled to be performed during the week).
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
Technological building (TEC) – walling, roofing (installation of fittings, formwork, concreting, concrete curing);
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) – priming, spackling and painting of walls, floors and ceilings, installation of roof heat insulation;
* Fire Subdivision Access Lock (FSAL) – installation of reinforcement cage and formwork of walls fragments;
* Firewater pumping station (FWR) – foundation concrete curing;
* Slopes reinforcement of pit for diesel generator tanks.
Erection of structural steel of Western half of the Arch:
Erected in total – 15,162.58 tons
Erection of structural steel of Eastern half of the Arch:
Erected in total – 14,149.36 tons.
