Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Supplies to the site and completing main metal structures of the Arch;
- Assembly of metal structures of tilting panels TP-5-1, TP-5-2, TP-6;
- Assembly of bridging elements of main metal structures of western part of the Arch;
- Completing and assembly of casing girders;
- Assembly of type III tower (temporary structures) for supporting the structures of western end wall;
- Preliminary erection and assembly of steel plating packages for casing, as well as laying of heat insulating material, assembly of EPDM membrane, assembly of bearing clips, profiling of Kalzip panels;
- Assembly of scaffolding and preparation of air ducts for assembling, assembly of air ducts of the Arch ventilation system;
- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building (TB) – walling and arranging the building columns (assembly of fittings and formwork, concreting, concrete curing);
* Electrical device building – building wall arrangement (assembly of fittings and formwork);
- Arrangement of external and internal space of NSC (northern side):
* End walls of the Arch;
* Access gateway for fire brigades;
* Walls of hinged bearing gallery;
* Storm water catchment basins;
* Outdoor underground services.
Assembly of metal structures of Western part of the Arch:
Metal structures assembled in total – 13,767.045 tons
Assembly of metal structures of Eastern part of the Arch:
Metal structures assembled in total – 13,284.82 tons
