Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Supplies to the site and assembly of main structures of the Western part of Arch;
- Installation of main metal structures of the Western part of Arch;
- Installation of internal casing;
- Installation of main beams of the casing;
- Delivery and installation of air ducts, preparation for installation and installation of air ducts and supports in the annular space of the Western and Eastern parts of Arch;
- Works on technological building and auxiliary facilities arrangement are underway:
* Techological building – assembly of foundation slab and wall reinforcement, installation of formwork for wall arrangement, concreting, concrete curing, installation of block #8 foundation slab reinforcement of TB (control panel) - completed, concreting of foundation block #8 is scheduled for November 07, 2014 ;
* electrical devices building - walls reinforcement installation, assembling of casing for the walls arrangement, concreting, concrete curing;
* firefighting unit access airlocks - delivery and installation of reinforcement cages for a foundation slab.
- Arrangement of internal and external space of NSC:
* End walls of the Arch;
* Walls of hinged bearing gallery;
* Storm water catchment basins;
* Fire water catchment basins;
* Outdoor underground services.
Assembly of metal structures of Western part of the Arch till 3rd lifting:
Metal structures assembled in total – 12402,649 tons
Concreting of the Technological building and electrical devices building foundation slab:
Design volume of concrete is 6542 m3, 6160 m3 is laid (94%)
Designedy ammount of reinforcement is – 1375 tons, 1333 tons is produced (97,0%)
