Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery to the site and completing the basic structures of Western section of the Arch;
- Assembly of main metal structures of Western section of the Arch;
- Assembly of external and internal casing (Western and Eastern sections of the Arch);
- Installation of casing girders (Western Arch);
- Supply and completing air ducts, preparation for assembly and assembly of air ducts and supports within annular space of Western and Eastern sections of the Arch;
- Second lifting of Western section of the Arch;
- Preliminary assembly of Western section segment panels;
- Assembly of Western section segment panels;
- Foundation of service area (Concreting a foundation formwork of the southern trench);
- Setting up end walls for Arch (preparatory works, reinforcing);
- Works on arrangement of engineering building and auxiliary facilities are being performed:
* Engineering building – assembly of foundation slab and wall reinforcement, construction of formwork for walls, the first area of wall is concreted (wall No.102, western part of column No.1, concrete В50, volume – 14 m3)
Assembly of metal structures of Western section of the Arch till second lifting completion:
Metal structures assembled in total – 8,985.95 tons.
Foundations in the Arch service area:
Design volume of concrete – 11,795.73 m3, placed – 11,252.7 m3 (95.4%);
Design amount of rebars - 2,447.009 tons, rebar fabrication – 2,447.009 tons (100%).
