Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Delivery to the site and completing the basic structures of Western part of the Arch;
- Assembling of basic structures of Western part of the Arch;
- Installation of runway beam suspension supports for main crane system;
- Preparation and installation of containers for the Arch Western part jacking;
- Preliminary assembling of casing panels;
- Installation of casing girders;
- Assembling of external and internal casing;
- Installation of air ducts (from stainless steel) of the Western part of the Arch;
- Arrangement of the service zone foundations (foundation frame of Southern trench);
- Isntallation of CFA piles of service area foundation (Southern trench);
- Arrangement of engineering building and auxiliary facilities.
Assembling of the Arch West part (before 1st jecking):
Total weight of metal structures – 4,513 tons.
Metal structures assembled in total – 4,166.06 tons (92.31%).
Assembling of the Arch East part:
Total weight of metal structures, including secondary structures, bolts and crane-runway beams – 13,743.109 tons
Metal structures assembled in total – 12,791.71 tons (93.08%).
Foundations in the Arch service area:
Design volume of concrete – 11,795.73 m3, placed – 5,674.2 m3 (48.1%);
Design amount of rebars - 2,447.009 tons, rebar fabrication – 1,598.649 tons (65.33%).
Construction of the CFA piles (south foundation):
As per the design – 216 piles; completed till design – 152 piles (70.37%)
