Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:
- Installation of stringers for the external sheeting;
- Delivery and supply as a complete set Western Arch main structures;
- assembling of panels of the Arch West part’s main structures;
- Installation of external and internal Arch sheeting;
- Arrangement of sliding railway tracks;
- Reinforcement and concreting the service area foundation frame (northern strip);
- Arrangement of base plate for the foundation pile field of service area (southern strip);
- Installation of double pipe casing for the foundation pile field of service area (southern strip);
- Activities on arrangement of the technological building and supporting facilities.
Assembling of the Arch West part:
Total weight of metal structures – 3,323 tons.
Metal structures assembled in total – 1067.48 tons (32.12%).
Assembling of the Arch East part:
Total weight of metal structures, including secondary structures, bolts and crane-runway beams – 12,818.593 tons.
Metal structures assembled in total – 12,158.69 tons (94.85%).
Foundations in the Arch service area (north trench):
Design volume of concrete – 5,674.2 m3, placed – 5,128.5 m3 (90.38%);
Design amount of re-bars - 1,198.678 tons, produced – 1,198.678 tons (100%).
Foundations in the Arch service area (south trench):
Design volume of concrete – 1,207.7 m3, placed – 1,237.0 m3 (102.43%);
Number of piles – design number: 216 pcs., performed up to design reference mark: 58 pcs. (26.85%).
