Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

- Unloading of the equipment and materials, equipment transfer into the installation area.
- Installation of cable lines of Physical Protection System, Automated monitoring and Radiation monitoring System.
- Cable routing.
- Modification of bridge cranes in the prem. 305 SFP-CR-07 and 501/603 SFP-CR-11 — replacement of mechanical and electrical elements.
- Installation of main process equipment:
     * Assembly (welding) of the crane for maintenance with loading capacity 5 t MIS-CR-240 in prem. IS102C9.
     * Installation of duplicating manipulators SFP-TM- 221/222 in prem. 305 / 303A and SFP-TM-227/228 in prem. 501/506.
     * Installation of the support ring for docking device TK-8 casing.
     * Completed the installation of a protective lid SFP XP 210 is completed, concreting is under preparation.
     * Completion of installation of the existing protective door SWP-SD-01, existing trolleys for the transport container.
- Installation of power and control cables, equipment of the power supply panels for BNG lighting system.
- Installation of ducts, cabling, connection of control boxes for fireproof ventilation valves, pipelines.
- Installation of LRW docking stations - in prem. 107 and under control tanks canopy.
- Works on gas-aerosol monitoring systems within RMS, equipment and cable lines of fire alarm system and evacuation control, mounting of installation openings.
- Arrangement of a new laboratory premise 211, arrangement of a new premise 409 - reinforcement of the walls.
- Finishing of floor coatings

The following activities were also performed at the facility:

- Connection of video cameras, soldering of fiber optic cable, assembly of Physical Protection System elements.
- Completing of the executive and handover documentation to delivery the relevant stages under the Contract.
- Development of tests programs for technological components and systems, customer's personnel training programs.
- Pre-commissioning on a sliding holder, cutting device and double lid system.
- Individual testing of the equipment - primary tests of SFP-CR-06 SFP-CR-04, SWP-CR-01 cranes is completed.

The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 267 persons were engaged in the works. 3 units of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.

 * Technological building (TB) — work on arrangement of the facade of the building eastern part. Installation of cable ducts, cabling. Preparation for crane beam installation for the 20 ton crane. Reassembly of 20 ton crane. Installation of fire alarm system. Works inside the building on polishing, coating, putty, painting of floors, walls and ceilings. Installation of internal pipelines, systems, steel structures. Installation of doors;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) — installation of fire-alarm system. Installation of cable trays, cable laying;
* Access Gateway for Fire brigades – installation of internal networks pipelines, systems, steel structures;
* Fire Extinguishing Pump Station — installation of fire pipelines, installation of doors.

- Works on arranging the NSC internal and external space:

* Arch end walls;
* Fire fighting water collection pool;
* Installation of fire fighting and drinking water pipelines;
* Arrangement of the thermal insulation of pipelines external engineering networks overpass;
* Construction of roads in Local zone — 39%.

- Erection of Arch steelwork:

* Installation of the following main systems:
  • Power supply and equipment system;
  • Ventilation gas purification and conditioning;
  • Fire safety system;
  • Water supply and sewerage system;
  • Communication and industrial TV system;
  • Physical protection and access control system;
  • Integrated management and control system;
  • System of internal and transport connection;
  • Radiation monitoring system;
* Contractor also performs installation of the system of MCS trolleys movement in the northern garage;
* Arch facing is tested for leakage;
* Completion of the works on exterior and interior facing;
* Pre-assembly, assembly and preparation for sealing anchors installation.

* Sealing anchors enlargement, preparation for assembly and installation;
* Installation of north garage shielding;
* Preparation of northern (NVC) and southern (SVC) ventilation centers for installation of ventilation equipment. 
* Pipe laying, ventilation equipment installation in NVC and SVC;
* Arch facing preparation for leak test;
* Installation of the MCS trolleys movement system in the northern garage.
