    Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

    - Receipt  inspection of structures for mounting the IAEA cabinet in 107с.
    - Finished backfilling of lead shot protective door SFP-SD-06.
    - Marking of technological pipelines in the building of SFPF.

    The following activities were also performed at the facility:

    - Regular works on the construction site arrangement.
    - Completing of executive & acceptance documentation according to the Contract.
    - Development of test programs for technological units and systems.
    - Development of a training program for Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant personnel.
    - Commissioning on main technological equipment and auxiliary.
    - Finished Individual tests of the  ventilation and air conditioning system of the Gate House.
    - Functional tests of crane SFP-CR-01 room. 119.
    - Individual (Autonomous) tests of PCMS DWC Handling System, FT Handling System, SRW Management System.
    - Individual tests of the security door SWP-SD-01.
    - Finished Individual tests of the autonomous power supply system;
    - Integrated testing of the Sewerage and Sewage Systems (Removing Remarks);
    - Individual tests of the Cutting Machine SFA SFP-CS-205;
    - Individual tests of the Removable Platforms SFP-PL-01;
    - Finished Individual and Integrated testing of ISF-2 Fire Alarm and Personnel Evacuation Control System;
    - Finished Individual and complex testing of the fire alarm warning system of Gate House;
    - Finished Tests in accordance with Ukrainian Labor Service hoist MIS-CR-250, MIS-CR-15, KLE500GCL
    - Individual Test of Canister Handling and Transport System CHT TD 02
    - Functional tests of the crane SWP-CR-206 in room 403.

    The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 189 persons were engaged in the works. 1 unit of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.

    Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:

     

    - Erection of Arch steelwork:

    * Preparatory work before the sealing anchors and the sealing membrane installation at the block V.

    - Technological building and auxiliary facilities:

    * Installation of the following main systems:
       • Power supply system;
       • Ventilation, gas purification and conditioning;
       • Fire safety system;
       • Water supply and sewerage system;
       • Communication and industrial TV system;
       • Physical protection and access control system;
       • Integrated management and control system;
       • System of internal and transport connection;
       • Radiation monitoring system
    * Work on grinding, pre-coating, coating, pouring, painting of floors, walls and ceilings inside the TB an FBAL is underway.

    - Works on arranging the NSC internal and external space:

    * Completion of fire and household water supply pipelines installation;
    * Site improvement activity;
    * Weather station establishment.

    - Other activity:

    * Dismantling of the Turbine Hall light roof.

    Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:

    * Completion of work on external and internal Arch lining arrangement;
    * Work to prepare and to test the main cranes system is underway;
    * Preparatory work before the sealing anchors and the sealing membrane installation.

    - Technological building and auxiliary facilities:

    * Installation of the following main systems:
       • Power supply system;
       • Ventilation, gas purification and conditioning;
       • Fire safety system;
       • Water supply and sewerage system;
       • Communication and industrial TV system;
       • Physical protection and access control system;
       • Integrated management and control system;
       • System of internal and transport connection;
       • Radiation monitoring system
    * Interior finishing of premises.

    - Works on arranging the NSC internal and external space:

    * Completion of fire and household water supply pipelines installation;
    * Arrangement of roads and sidewalks within the local zone is close to completion — 98%;
    * Site improvement activity;
    * Weather station establishment.

    - Other activity:

    * Dismantling of the Turbine Hall light roof.

       • Fire safety system;

       • Physical protection and access control system;
       • Integrated management and control system;
       • System of internal and transport connection;
       • Radiation monitoring system;
    * Work to prepare and to test the main cranes system is underway;
    * Completion of work on external and internal cladding arrangement;
    * Arch ventilation system and auxiliary constructions (installation of supports, air ducts and ventilation equipment).

    - Technological building and auxiliary facilities:

    * Technological building (TB) — Installation of the cable ducts and cable laying, installation of gates. Installation of Fire Alarm system. Installation of ventilation system air ducts. Work on grinding, pre-coating, coating, pouring, painting of floors, walls and ceilings inside the building. Installation of internal networks pipelines, systems, metal constructions. Preparation for RAW containers grippers testing using the 20 tons crane;
    * Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) — installation of the Fire Alarm System, ventilation, installation of the electrical equipment. Work to install the hot water supply and heat supply systems is underway;
    * Access Gateway for Fire brigades — installation of ventilation ducts, arrangement of the external facade, interior furnishing;
    * Fire Extinguishing Pump Station — scaffolding dismantling;
    * Diesel electric power station site — electrical equipment connection. Installation of a fueling station with a reserve tank of diesel fuel
    * Sewage treatment facilities and pump station of storm water drainage — preparation for individual testing.

    - Works on arranging the NSC internal and external space:

    * Completion of fire and household water supply pipelines installation;
    * Turbine Hall light roof dismantling;
    * Construction of roads in Local zone — 100%.

    Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):

    - The installation of the IAEA shield equipment continues.
    - Backfilling of lead shot protective door SFP-SD-06.
    - Re-install the valves of LRW pipelines.
    - Marking of technological pipelines in the building of SFPF.
    - Work continues on assembling the electrical cabinet of the crane CR-04. Launching of cable lines.
    - Finished installation of the crosshead on the crane SFP-CR-01.
    - Finished installation of local fire-extinguishing means in electrical cabinets.
    - Work continues on fire protection of cable lines.

    The following activities were also performed at the facility:

    - Regular works on the construction site arrangement, such as: weeding of gravel coatings, grass cutting, irrigation, maintaining clean asphalt coverings.
    - Compilation of executive and hand-over documents.
    - Development of test programs for technological units and systems.
    - Development of a training program for Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant personnel.
    - Commissioning on main technological equipment and auxiliary.
    - Finished individual tests of baskets in the room 109B/111B.
    - Finished functional tests of hoists MIS-CR 14, MIS-CR-06 SFP-CR-301, PWS-CR-301\1, PWS-CR-301\2.
    - Individual (Autonomous) tests of PCMS DWC Handling System, FT Handling System, SRW Management System.
    - Individual tests of the security door SWP-SD-01.
    - Individual tests of the ISNT-2 autonomous power supply system;
    - Individual tests of the system "Emergency lighting of SFPF";
    - Integrated testing on PPS have been started;
    - Individual and complex testing of outdoor lighting PSC;
    - Integrated testing tests of RMS;
    - Integrated testing of the Sewerage and Sewage Systems (Removing Remarks);
    - Test Barrel monitoring station (CBC), Sub-Canberra.

    The general Contractor of the project is Holtec. Works at the site are being performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Kranservis, Konditsioner. In total 192 persons were engaged in the works. 1 unit of lorry-loading, earth-moving and lifting machines were also used for fulfilling tasks at the site.
