Within the NSC Project at the construction site the following works are being performed:

- Delivery of structural steelwork to the site;
- Installation of Northern garage floor grating (tertiary structures);
- Installation of special doors of the Arch;
- Installation of TP-4 tilting panel hinged joints;
- Preparation of secondary and tertiary structural steelwork of the Arch western part for erection;
- Installation of purlins of internal and external cladding;
- Installation of external and internal cladding. Overall progress is 85%;
- Ventilation system (preparation of air ducts for installation, installation of air ducts, supports and scaffolding). Overall progress - 76%;

- MCS mounting:
* Reassembly of the East bridge – adjustment and connection of electrical equipment and management system;
* Preparation of MCS bridge lifting system for jacking beams lowering;
* Installation of cable supports and cable ducts inside the Arch Maintenance garage. Cable routing from NVC to maintenance garage.

- Arrangement of technological building and auxiliary facilities:
* Technological building (TEC) – walling, roofing (reinforcement, formwork, concreting). Overall progress (construction) – 76%;
* Electrical Equipment Building (EEB) – installation of cable supports, cable trays, and transformers. Overall progress (construction) – 93%;
* Fire Subdivision Access Lock (FSAL) – walling (reinforcement, formwork, concreting). Overall progress (construction) – 69%;
* Firewater pumping station (FWR) – reinforcement of walls of the building, installation of formwork, concreting;
* Central control room – walling (reinforcement, formwork, concreting).

- Arrangement of external and internal space of the NSC:
* Outdoor cable routes;
* Outdoor, underground utility systems;
* Storm water catching basin;
* Pot-bearing gallery walls (North).

Assembly of metal structures of Western half of the Arch:

During the second half of January at ISF-2 construction site the following works were carried out:

Spent Fuel Processing Facility (SFPF):
- Installation of embedded plates for equipment in room 501;
- Mounting of st.steel cladding sheets on walls in room 501;
- Mounting of st.steel cladding sheets on the floor in room 501;
- Installation of embedded parts for crane MIS-CR-221 (elev. +28.140) in room 603 was completed;
- Air ducts installation of CCA ventilation system (intake) of attended CAVS-S-2 rooms at elev. +8.650 was completed;
- Air ducts installation of CCA ventilation system (exhaust) of attended CAVS-E-2 rooms at elev. +8.650;
- Air ducts installation of CCA ventilation system (intake) of non-attended and periodically attended CAVS-S-1 rooms at elev. +11.700;
- Air ducts installation of CCA ventilation system (exhaust) of non-attended and periodically attended CAVS-E-1 rooms at elev. +11.700;
- Installation of main cable routes structures at elev. +0.000 of rooms 102-103 was completed;
- Installation of main cable routes structures at elev. +0.000 of room 107, electrical room and N.C.A. Ladder;
- Installation of main cable routes structures at elev. +2.800/3.400 of utility and attended rooms 201-210 was completed;
- Installation of cable routes structures at elev. +2.800/3.400 of rooms 214-215;
- Installation of cable routes structures at elev. +5.600 of changing facility rooms 302, 310, room 308, 308A;
- Painting (fire-retardant treatment) of the floor slab reinforcement structures metal beams at elev. +21.300 was completed;
- Facades installation works;
- Finish coating at elev. 5.600, 1 layer.

Repair and finishing of Gate house premises.

Installation of parts of pos. 5 and pos. 6 on concrete storage modules.

Laying of crushed stones in PPS protected zone.

Arrangement of security patrol route slabs.

Preparatory works on public services and utilities.

Installation of PPS gates (near Gate house).

Post-completion and turn-over documentation selection for delivery of works of relevant stages according to the Contract.

Development of testing programs for process units and systems.

The general Сontractor of the project is Holtec Company. Works at the site are performed by Holtec subcontractors: CDI, UTEM, UTB, ZEM, EPI, BEM, Konditsioner. 227 people at the total were engaged in work performance. 10 units of loading, excavation and lifting equipment were also used for implementing tasks at the site.
