In June 2018, staff of the Chernobyl NPP Information Technology and Computing Systems Department held a working meeting with representatives of Intecracy Base Company (InBASE) which is a leader of Ukraine in development and implementation of ECM-systems.

The ECM-system is software for enterprise content management and electronic document management system. The InBase is a key developer of electronic document management system Megapolis.DocNet.

The meeting was devoted to discussion of issues regarding further mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of Megapolis.DocNet system development both at the ChNPP and at other enterprises managed by the State Agency of Ukraine on the Exclusion Zone management. Besides, the innovative solutions in the field of IT security and cryptosecurity, developed by the InBASE, were presented to the SSE ChNPP specialists.

The meeting resulted in the agreement on mutually beneficial partner cooperation between the InBase and SSE ChNPP, which will enable to get legal advices from the InBASE in terms of using electronic digital signatures, as well as to do migration of Megapolis.DocNet into the updated version of the platform. In addition, the consent for familiarization with, testing and approbation for the ChNPP needs of InBase’s software products was obtained to make business-processes automatic.
